COVID - 19 Player Guide
Before Training • If feeling unwell speak to your parent/carer as they will know the symptoms to look our for. • Wear a clean kit. • Wear shin pads. • GK’s make sure you have sanitised your gloves. • Go to the toilet before leaving for training. • Bring your own small hand sanitiser make sure you put your name on it. • Bring your own water bottle make sure you put your name on it. • Continue to wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before leaving for training. • Only travel in a vehicle with members of your household. Try to avoid public transport (if possible). Arriving At Training • Try to stay 2 metres away from others as much as you can. • Put your belongings in the designated safe area. • Apply hand sanitiser. • Your coach will advise next steps. During Training • Contact training is permitted. • Only touch equipment when asked too. • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze. NO SPITTING • Put your tissue in the bin immediately and use your hand sanitiser. • If you need first aid your coach will try and guide you. If life threatening or serious injuries your coach will use PPE and act immediately and your parent/carer will be informed. After Training • Return to your own designated safe area to collect all your belongings. • Apply hand sanitiser. • Going home as per the way your parent/carer has advised. • Try and stay 2 metres away from others as much as you can.
