Mission of Soccer Awareness
- To teach Coaches how to develop self-thinking players and to then empower players to make their own decisions and think for themselves.

- To Educate Parents in a better understanding of the game of football.

Soccer Awareness will provide coaches, players, and parents an overall educating program based on the six fundamental principles:
- Developing coaches with a clear vision of development with a particular methodology of encouragement and a player driven mentality.
- Creating a culture for players for self-belief both as an individual and a team player.
- Allowing personal player self-expression within the team framework set by the coach
- Finding a path to the players personal and / or professional goals.
- Ultimately promoting a winning culture.
- Parental education to help them understand football and therefore support their children in a more educated way.

Soccer Awareness is a proven and successful coaching curriculum that has brought much success to clubs and teams across 3 different continents. Primarily based around the coaching style used at the La Masia, FC Barcelona’s famous academy.
For a number of years now we have been following Wayne’s coaching philosophy and methodology implementing them into our S.O.D.C. programme with great success and this has lead to Wayne inviting us to be his chosen UK provider.
We firmly believe the Soccer Awareness curriculum is one of if not the best coaching curriculum around. We believe that by incorporating the Soccer Awareness curriculum fully into our S.O.D.C. programme will mean we will be able to offer your child/children the very best environment to aid their football development and enable them to maximise and reach their full footballing potential.
Wayne has extensive connections and contacts within the game including two of the world’s best coaches Marco Monti at Inter Milan and Rene Meulensteen Sir Alex Ferguson’s former assistant manager of 8 years at Manchester United.
Through Wayne’s connections, we have the possibility of taking teams to the USA to play in top competitive tournaments and to link with USA Colleges regarding playing scholarships once your child/children are old enough.
